pretty much busy lately...

back to sunday
did i mention i actually forgot that i got tuition on that day itself?
totally forgot about it till pearlyne reminded me
anyway too late also, the lesson had already started
so this led me to conclude, alcohol can really kill brain cells huh

monday
i missed my alarm clock and overslept
it was EC trial
being a responsible group member, i rushed down by cab
so damn ex la the cab fare, $15 from my house to school
that is enough to foot another seoul garden meal
oh ya! had seoul garden with mel and pearl(hahaha agnes, see if next week our stomach still can eat anot)
halfway through, a super bad burning smell
when i turned back, i saw a big smoke above my head
thought my hair caught fire, but then later we found out that the smoke came from the opposite table
just before we leave. as usual we will have a 'fried rice competition'
mel being the judge who gave the theme 'disgusting yet nice'
so me and pearlyne being the candidates, we had 2 minutes to get our ingredients
me set off with great enthusiasm almost forgot to get my main ingredient for my fried rice
guess what is that?
RICE!!!
man... maybe because of that i was late to check-in within the 2 minutes
alright! bad starting with deduction of marks already
the procedure of our cooking was also being marked
under this category, i got mi mus 2marks
then i questioned mel: 'why mi mus?' and i kept on emphasising 'not fair'
alright! she came up with her lame excuse: 'you created a lot of noise'
speechless and broke into laughter, i tried to recall and that sounds quite true(hahhaha)
toll-up all the marks and surprisingly i won!
the only category that i lost in is not fitting in the theme: 'disgusting'
well! i am glad that i lost in that also, cause mine looked exactly like a professional dish
unlike someone's, the judge IMMEDIATELY spilt out the rice and only gave one comment: 'YUCKS'
back home and i smell so badly

today
went to library but my concentration didn't last long
the thought of my bed urged me to go home
so i left in the afternoon, not being productive today
eavesdropped a conversation between mom and dad made me laughed
between that was all in hokkian, so i will try my best to translate

mom: 'hmmm... tomorrow is wednesday'(repeats herself quite a few times)
i guess dad is just trying to act ignorant
dad: 'wednesday so? any big occasion?'
mom: 'hey my birthday! i don't care, you owe me a big treat'
hahaha! so mom has been hinting us that her BIRTHDAY is coming
not much to worry mom, me and bro have long gotten your present prepared
so tomorrow, dad will have a big headache over where to celebrate his wife's birthday
